Can you help load our products?

Yes. The platform team can preload your Excel or CSV catalogue and opening stock. Missing details are flagged for supplier review before products are listed.

Where do customer payments go?

Payments go to the supplier’s configured merchant or bank account. Available payment methods depend on that supplier’s setup and activation.
